Service terms
Last updated October 28, 2026. A written scope is sent before any payment and governs your project.
Packages
- Launch pricing: for our first 50 paying customers, the One-Page Website is $397 and the Five-Page Website is $797. These are full prices. We count a customer when their deposit is confirmed. After that, our planned prices are $497 and $997. Your price is locked when you approve the written scope. Featuring your finished site in our portfolio is optional and never affects your price.
- One-Page Website: one mobile-friendly homepage, quote form, tap-to-call, basic SEO setup, up to 6 photos, 1 revision round, domain connection. About 3 business days after deposit and content.
- Five-Page Website: up to 5 pages (Home, Services, About, Our Work, Contact), up to 20 photos, 2 revision rounds. About 5 business days after deposit and content.
- Optional: Google Business Profile tune-up $150; Care Plan $49/month (cancel anytime).
Payment and refunds
- The free concept carries no obligation.
- A 50% deposit starts the build ($198.50 for the One-Page Website, $398.50 for the Five-Page Website). The remaining 50% is due when you approve the finished site, before launch.
- If you don't approve the finished site after the included revision rounds, we refund the deposit in full.
- After you approve and the site launches, payments are non-refundable. Bugs reported within 7 days are fixed free.
Hosting and ownership
- Sites are hosted on Cloudflare's free static hosting, in an account you own or one we manage for you on request. There is no monthly hosting fee from us.
- Domain renewal is your cost, paid to your registrar.
- After full payment, you own the site files and content.
Content and accuracy
- You approve all wording before launch. We only publish facts you confirm in writing, such as licensing, insurance and years in business.
- We never invent reviews, testimonials or credentials.
- Photos must be yours or properly licensed. You confirm you have the right to use any material you provide.
Not included
Logo design, photography, online booking or payments, e-commerce, email hosting, paid ads, guaranteed search rankings, and edits after the revision rounds (unless on a Care Plan).
